Bangladesh – Chittagong Water Supply Improvement and Sanitation Project

WASHINGTON, June 23, 2010 - The World Bank’s Board of Executive Directors today approved the following project: 

 

IDA Credit: US$170 million equivalent 

Terms: Maturity = 40 years; Grace = 10 years 

Project ID: P103999

 

Project Description: The objective of the project is to increase access to potable water and improved sanitation. The project will also support the establishment of a long term water supply, sanitation and drainage infrastructure development and operational management program.
